Dryer Line Operator — 3rd Shift

The Dryer Line Operator position is onsite in Rochelle, IL, and is full-time on third shift, scheduled 7:00 PM–7:20 AM. Pay is $18.00 per hour. The operator sets up and controls dryer and filling machines, monitors process output and product quality, and records production information. The role supports consistent manufacturing by making system adjustments as needed and communicating material issues to the Extruder Operator.

What you'll do

• Set up and control dryer and filling machine operations
• manufacture products to customer specifications
• monitor equipment, process output, and finished-product quality
• accurately record required information
• communicate material issues to the Extruder Operator
• read cover sheets, setup forms, labels, and identification
• measure dry weights and calculate production quantities
• analyze data and make system changes to keep products within specifications.
