What you'll do

• Conduct physical examinations and assess vital signs, physical and mental status, appetite, and diet
• evaluate patient, family, and home environment for health teaching needs
• develop and implement written plans of care with physician orders
• administer medications and treatments according to agency policy and standards
• provide direct home nursing care
• communicate with patients, families, and physicians
• maintain records
• participate in case conferences and team meetings. Requires a current Oklahoma RN license, CPR, driver’s license, auto insurance, and at least one year of home health or hospital experience.
