Certified Nurse Aide

What you'll do

• Provide resident care in accordance with individualized care plans
• assist with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, toileting, transfers, ambulation, and other needs as specified
• maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity
• report suspected abuse or rights violations
• keep the environment safe and clean
• observe and report changes in condition or behavior
• support skin integrity
• answer call lights
• perform assigned tasks such as vital signs, weighing residents, and collecting specimens
• document care in PCC
• follow safety and infection-control procedures.

Why this role
