Youth Residential Worker

Job overview

What you'll do

• Create a safe, structured environment
• build positive relationships and serve as a role model
• supervise routines, activities, and recreation
• teach social, behavioral, and independent-living skills
• support youth through challenges using trauma-informed care and de-escalation
• assist with meals, hygiene, transportation, and daily living
• document behavior and progress
• participate in treatment planning and team meetings
• maintain the living environment.

Why this role
