What you'll do

• Manage center KPIs, financials, maintenance, training, and brand consistency
• build relationships with families and provide customer service
• manage employee issues and documentation
• schedule coaches and promote and sell camps and parties
• manage leads, sales, trial conversion, and event bookings
• recruit, interview, onboard, train, and evaluate coaches
• lead staff and leadership meetings
• coach children using the center curriculum
• communicate curriculum goals and record attendance and awards.
