What you'll do

• Perform scheduled HVAC maintenance and tune-ups
• inspect residential heating and cooling equipment
• clean coils, drains, and components
• check motors, electrical connections, thermostats, system operation, and refrigerant pressures
• identify potential issues
• document work
• explain findings to homeowners
• maintain the service vehicle, tools, and equipment
• follow safety standards.
