Assistant General Manager (AGM)

What you'll do

• Assist the General Manager with daily operations
• act as manager when the General Manager is absent
• assist customers and address inquiries or concerns
• train and mentor employees on store policies, procedures, and product knowledge
• monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment
• operate the cash register and handle transactions
• maintain a clean, organized store
• prepare pizza and other food items to quality standards
• perform opening and closing duties
• oversee staff work.
