What you'll do

• Coordinate shift handoffs and review production schedules
• review job tickets and printing specifications
• set up and operate the press
• adjust controls to maintain print quality and speed
• oversee the second press operator
• monitor color and ink-water balance
• complete quality checks and approvals
• document nonconforming products and production information
• train and coach operators
• maintain a clean work area and follow food safety and safety requirements.
