What you'll do

• Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITIS, ITOM, HRSD, and GRC
• lead technical governance and uphold security and performance standards
• collaborate with process owners, enterprise architects, and developers on integrated workflows
• mentor development teams on customizations, integrations, and upgrades
• establish coding, configuration, and design standards
• conduct design reviews
• communicate architecture decisions
• recommend new ServiceNow features to improve service delivery.
