What you'll do

• Assist project managers through the project lifecycle
• lead smaller projects under oversight when assigned
• assist with estimates and change orders
• prepare Method of Procedures
• walk jobs to scope work and identify constraints
• build material and labor takeoffs
• track timelines and milestones
• support billing, budgeting, and time-and-material vouchers
• review purchase orders, submittals, and contracts
• maintain change-order logs
• coordinate with general contractors and trade partners
• mentor project engineers
• conduct project meetings
• contribute to workflow improvements.
