Child and Adolescent Therapist

The Child and Adolescent Therapist role is onsite in Warren, OH, with services primarily provided in schools, homes, and an office; compensation is $24–$40 per hour depending on licensure. The position is located at Valley Health Services, a program of Family & Community Services, Inc. The therapist provides diagnostic and therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families. Through evaluations, individualized treatment planning, counseling, documentation, and coordination with providers and school personnel, the role supports continuity of care and appropriate treatment.

What you'll do

• Conduct mental health diagnostic evaluations
• develop, implement, and update Individual Service Plans
• provide individual, family, and group counseling and/or day treatment as specified in treatment plans
• participate in clinical supervision
• complete clinical and payroll documentation
• coordinate with prescribers, providers, and school personnel
• update progress and diagnoses
• maintain client records
• attend required training.
