• Solicit catering, corporate meeting, social event, wedding, and group business
• pursue revenue and sales activity goals
• develop client and community relationships
• conduct hotel tours and site inspections
• prepare proposals and negotiate pricing
• coordinate event requirements and prepare Banquet Event Orders
• communicate with hotel departments
• support event execution and follow up with clients
• monitor booking pace and revenue forecasts
• maintain contracts and event files
• coordinate billing and collections
• assist with budgets and promotional initiatives
• apply Marriott brand standards.
