What you'll do

• Manage project plans, schedules, resources, and budgets
• direct and support superintendents through project closeout
• coordinate documentation, billing, purchase orders, and change orders
• communicate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• provide weekly stakeholder updates and lead OAC meetings
• conduct site visits
• manage safety and quality standards
• coordinate subcontractors, labor, materials, and equipment
• administer submittals and RFIs
• track costs and manage change orders.
