What you'll do

• Lead buying strategy across owned retail and digital channels
• develop seasonal and long-range strategies
• build assortments using customer insights and performance
• manage channel sales, gross margin, inventory productivity, and sell-through
• partner on open-to-buy, receipt flow, inventory depth, and replenishment
• adjust in-season buying
• manage inventory placement and risk
• support launches, store openings, and regional strategies
• lead and develop buyers.
