What you'll do

• Develop warehouse supervisors and the departmental leadership team
• monitor inbound freight, receiving, stocking, vendor interactions, quality control, inventory issues, and order picking, packing, and shipping
• maintain schedules and timekeeping
• respond to emergencies
• manage the Warehouse Management System
• support safety, sanitation, and audit preparation
• drive initiatives and performance indicators.
