What you'll do

• Draft and file pleadings
• prepare and serve discovery and related documents
• communicate with clients to gather information and documents
• review files and records
• manage case files and deadlines
• coordinate depositions, hearings, and other case events
• assist with expert designation and trial preparation
• support attorneys during trial.
