• Serve as the central Government contact for contract performance
• coordinate facility operations, maintenance, custodial, and support services
• manage personnel, vendors, and subcontractors
• oversee safety compliance, preventive and emergency maintenance, inventory, and CMMS records
• manage schedules and staffing
• develop vendor bidding and project plans
• conduct audits and inspections
• report events and solutions
• coordinate communication across departments and trades
• support hiring and contract compliance.
