The Associate Clinical Supervisor — School-Based Behavioral Health role is onsite in Norco, CA, in a school setting. Compensation is $34–$40 per hour, depending on experience and education. Forte Behavioral Health’s mission is to empower children with developmental disabilities to embrace their unique learning capabilities. The supervisor develops and oversees behavior intervention plans, trains and supervises interventionists and school staff, and collaborates with educators, parents, and clinical teams. The role supports student success by monitoring implementation, using behavioral data to adjust strategies, and maintaining regulatory and ethical compliance.

What you'll do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• train and supervise Behavior Interventionists, Registered Behavior Technicians, and school staff
• oversee interventions and modify strategies based on data
• ensure treatment fidelity
• collaborate with educators, parents, and clinical teams
• participate in IEP meetings
• provide staff training
• document progress reports
• maintain compliance with IDEA, Section 504, Title 5, and BACB ethical standards.
