What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned clinical and corporate requisitions
• source and engage passive candidates using platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Smart Sourcing
• build candidate pipelines
• partner with hiring managers on requirements and priorities
• screen, interview, and assess candidates
• guide candidates through interviews and offers
• track recruiting metrics
• support employer branding and recruitment marketing
• develop relationships with schools and professional associations
• stay current on healthcare recruiting trends and licensure requirements.
