What you'll do

• Prepare food for patients and the cafeteria menu
• pre-dish patient food and assemble trays
• wash cafeteria, patient-tray, and kitchen dishes
• maintain sanitation and food safety
• assist chefs with patient orders
• answer calls and take orders
• stock nursing-unit snacks using proper rotation
• serve cafeteria visitors and deliver patient trays. May perform Culinary Ambassador or Barista duties as assigned.
