What you'll do

• Lead daily shift operations
• oversee food and beverage preparation and service
• manage schedules, inventory, cash, and administrative tasks
• hire, train, coach, and evaluate team members with the General Manager
• conduct pre-shift meetings
• address guest concerns
• support catering and third-party orders
• maintain opening and closing procedures.
