What you'll do

• Serve as the primary customer contact for policy questions and service
• respond to requests for ID cards, binders, Broker of Record letters, cancellations, reinstatements, and policy amendments
• prepare applications and proposals, rate coverage, and support new business and renewals
• collaborate with producers on remarketing
• document client activity and follow up with clients and carriers
• review renewal lists and update coverages
• process invoices, order carrier loss runs, coordinate agency-billed accounts with Accounting, and process mail
• participate in educational seminars and workshops.
