Leasing Associate

What you'll do

• Respond to leasing inquiries, tour apartments and amenities, follow up with prospects, and coordinate move-ins
• recommend on-site marketing strategies and referral programs
• support outreach and traffic generation
• inspect apartments with new residents and complete paperwork
• process application fees, deposits, rents, and other fees
• maintain prospect and resident data
• assist with resident functions and property appearance.
