The Restaurant Expeditor — PM role is onsite in Chicago, IL, with compensation of $18–$28 per hour. RPM Steak offers contemporary fine dining with a chef-driven approach to its steakhouse menu. This role coordinates food orders between kitchen and service staff, helping ensure orders are complete, correctly presented, and ready for pickup while maintaining food quality and presentation standards.

What you'll do

• Prioritize and organize orders for cooks by receipt and like items
• arrange orders by table and position numbers
• coordinate communication between kitchen and service staff
• communicate delays and low menu-item counts
• check preparation, plateware, garnish, presentation, and serving utensils
• follow allergy, special-order, safety, and sanitation procedures
• perform Line and Prep Cook functions as needed.
