Registered Behavior Technician — In-Home ABA

Job overview

The Registered Behavior Technician role is onsite in a client’s home in Attica, IN. Pay is from $23 per hour for direct therapy and $10 per hour for paid non-billable time. Step Ahead ABA supports Indiana families, including families using Medicaid, with access to therapy. The technician delivers direct therapy according to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the assigned BCBA, collects session data, and submits notes. The work supports the client’s treatment goals while coordinating with the BCBA and family care manager.
