What you'll do

• Hire, train, coach, and develop staff
• conduct performance reviews

• monitor branch performance and operating results
• track transactions, loan volume, new accounts, and sales activity
• support lending and underwrite loans within assigned authority
• resolve member concerns
• represent the credit union in the community
• ensure policy compliance, support audits and controls, maintain security standards, monitor risk, and manage reporting and budgeting activities.
