• Perform repair-order work to dealership and factory standards
• diagnose malfunctions and repair vehicles
• coordinate parts needs
• inspect vehicles for additional safety or service work
• document completed and recommended work
• road-test vehicles when required
• maintain tools and a clean shop
• follow safety and regulatory requirements
• participate in manufacturer training
• supervise apprentices when assigned.
