What you'll do

• Maintain department assets for reliable operation and quality standards
• work with Reliability Engineering on maintenance program development, root cause analysis, and reliability-centered maintenance analysis
• train lower-level technicians
• contribute to technical training modules
• support workshops, cross-functional teams, continuous improvement projects, and safety initiatives
• follow safety and GMP regulations
• troubleshoot electrical systems up to three-phase 480V, replace failed components, and interpret electrical schematics.
