What you'll do

• Provide direct care to residents
• assist with written care plans and care plan conferences
• collaborate with CNAs on departmental policies and procedures
• make daily rounds
• support orientation, coaching, and in-service education
• monitor point-of-care documentation compliance
• assist with nursing unit organization, supplies, appointments, and transportation as needed.
