What you'll do

• Coordinate with foremen on safe work planning and toolbox safety meetings
• maintain competent-person safety training and documentation
• assist with three-week scheduling and production tracking
• coordinate and supervise the company workforce in the assigned area
• develop foremen and field engineering personnel
• coordinate subcontractors and attend weekly scheduling meetings
• prepare daily reports and timesheets and help gather quantities
• take and upload daily and weekly photos to Procore
• oversee quality of self-performed and subcontracted work
• protect company assets
• order and manage equipment, supplies, forms, and materials.
