What you'll do

• Provide customized outpatient therapy to individuals and groups, with a minimum caseload of 15 sessions per week
• develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
• participate in case consultations and discharge planning
• complete session notes, documentation, and treatment plans
• collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, personal trainers, and counselors.
