What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, ambulation, transfers, and other personal care needs in the Plan of Care.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, errands, companionship, and emotional support.
• Monitor client well-being, communicate changes to a supervisor, and follow safe care, infection control, and emergency reporting practices.
