What you'll do

• Communicate between project management, foremen, and field teams
• oversee multiple projects and scope completion within budget
• review construction plans and coordinate with clients and engineers
• develop construction timelines
• coordinate underground utility installation, reconstruction, and maintenance
• manage job costs, budgets, schedule of values, and material invoices
• maintain as-built plans using PlanGrid, Bluebeam, or similar software
• monitor jobsite quality and safe work practices.
