Facilities Technician

What you'll do

• Inspect facility systems and equipment

• respond to maintenance requests
• replace bulbs and filters
• perform seasonal exterior maintenance
• organize tools and supplies
• report major repairs and safety concerns
• coordinate contractors and inspections
• maintain service records
• assist with event and relocation setup
• and support preventive maintenance programs.
