What you'll do

• Develop and negotiate complex contracts covering pricing, preferred terms, risk mitigation, and service-level agreements
• adapt negotiation strategies across business areas and vendor relationships
• analyze contract terms and proposals for risk mitigation and value
• collaborate with Category Leads, Legal, subject-matter experts, stakeholders, and vendors
• manage requests through contract tools and workflows, including due diligence, reviews, approvals, and document records.
