Behavioral Health Supervisor — Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

The Behavioral Health Supervisor role is onsite in Chicago, IL. Salary is $70,000–$75,000 per year. SGA Youth & Family Services provides behavioral health programs and services for youth and families. The supervisor provides clinical oversight, consultation, training, and program support to staff and interns. In collaboration with the Director of Behavioral Health, the role supports program performance, evidence-based care, crisis response, Medicaid service capacity, and compliance with funder and agency standards.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical supervision, case consultation, training, and program support
• guide staff in assessment, treatment planning, advocacy, crisis intervention, and referrals
• collaborate with the Director on behavioral health program performance and structure
• support staff and families during crises and respond to critical incidents
• help establish agency capacity for Medicaid service delivery, documentation, and billing
• develop program policies and service plans
• monitor program quality and compliance
• support staff development
• protect confidential information
• represent programs at partner and department meetings.
