What you'll do

• Advise regional and store leaders on organizational planning and talent decisions
• coach leaders on communication, performance, and development
• align business strategies with organizational effectiveness
• assess capability and talent gaps
• lead change management
• design and execute talent management practices
• partner with HR functional teams and cross-functional groups
• support compliance, risk mitigation, and employee relations
• assist with organizational design
• share and scale best practices
• support implementation of HR programs, policies, and practices.
