National Service Manager — Commercial HVAC and Data Centers

It builds repeatable processes and reliable customer service for warranty repairs, billable repairs, preventive maintenance, emergency service, and service agreements.

What you'll do

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage service technicians
• assess service requests, set scope and priorities, assign resources, and coordinate schedules, parts, equipment, and site access
• estimate and bid service projects
• coordinate contractors and vendors
• document scope changes and corrective work
• coordinate safe technical execution with OEMs and site personnel
• track costs and forecasts and provide billing documentation
• build service workflows
• manage customer relationships and service opportunities.
