What you'll do

• Coordinate plans for each resident’s care in accordance with physician orders, regulations, and facility policies
• communicate nursing policies and procedures to staff and monitor implementation
• participate in admissions decisions and, as needed, visit prospective residents
• attend daily and weekly management meetings on resident status, census, personnel, and concerns
• support compassionate quality care and adequate services and staff coverage
• assume clinical operations responsibility in the Director of Nursing’s absence.

Why this role

Requires current RN or LPN licensure in the state of practice and an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Five years in long-term or acute care is preferred; at least two years of nursing supervisory experience is required.
