What you'll do

• Administer temporary and emergency care to ill or injured students and school personnel
• administer medications according to policy and procedure
• notify parents of illness or accidents and secure emergency medical care
• manage suspected and diagnosed infectious-disease cases
• maintain confidentiality of student health information
• report potential health and safety hazards
• comply with applicable laws, Texas Department of Health rules, TEA standards, and school policies.
