What you'll do

• Support high-quality clinical outcomes and resident and family satisfaction during the supervisory shift
• serve as a resource to facility staff on service quality
• provide direct resident care when required
• administer medications and treatments and carry out physician orders as permitted by the Nurse Practice Act
• manage nursing personnel on shift
• assess staff performance against unit standards and goals
• and conduct shift staff meetings and provide updates to the Director of Nursing.
