What you'll do

• Prepare patients for overnight sleep studies
• explain procedures
• apply and monitor sensors and electrodes
• monitor patients and recognize abnormal events
• operate and troubleshoot sleep-monitoring equipment
• document and score study data
• perform or assist with CPAP/BiPAP titration when ordered
• maintain patient safety and comfort
• and prepare reports and data for physicians or sleep specialists.
