What you'll do

• Plan, direct, and supervise nursing staff
• ensure regulatory compliance
• develop and update department policies and procedures
• maintain staffing for resident needs and regulatory requirements
• participate in agency surveys and address inspection deficiencies
• manage the department within budget
• support performance reviews, staff education, counseling, and discipline
• maintain infection-control practices
• and support resident comfort, dignity, admissions, and transfers. Requires a bachelor’s degree, graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active registered nurse license, CPR certification, and 1–3 years of management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care.
