GameStop’s retail business serves gamers with video games, electronics, and gaming merchandise. The role supports store management by delivering guest service, maintaining merchandise and store operations, and helping meet sales, profit, and shrink goals. The keyholder also supervises and delegates tasks to Sales Associates when management is absent.

What you'll do

• Assist store management in executing and supervising store activities
• serve guests and process purchases and returns
• maintain merchandising, cleanliness, inventory, and loss prevention
• complete omnichannel orders and daily transaction closeout
• support opening and closing procedures
• supervise and delegate to Sales Associates when management is absent.
