What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, vital signs, weights, positioning, ambulation, and transfers
• prepare residents for rehabilitation therapy and transport
• support care planning and directed skin care
• assist with meals and hydration and record intake and output
• use the electronic medical record
• respond to call lights and maintain a safe, clean care environment.
