What you'll do

• Provide customer service to shoppers, donors, and volunteers
• answer merchandise questions and assist with purchases and loading
• maintain and stock the sales floor
• operate the point-of-sale system and process sales, returns, and donations
• handle payments
• accept, sort, inspect, and organize donated goods
• move merchandise between warehouse and sales floor
• support donation pickups and deliveries as needed
• follow safety procedures and assist with housekeeping.
