What you'll do

• Create detailed line-item scopes and estimates
• document dimensions, diagrams, images, tasks, and exclusions
• identify labor, equipment, consumables, and subcontractor needs
• discuss scope with customers
• review client and insurance requirements
• prepare estimates and proposal packets
• request subcontractor bids as needed
• work with customers on desired upgrades or changes
• analyze labor, materials, and time requirements
• ensure estimates meet client requirements.
