What you'll do

• Perform or assist with minor renovations and repairs involving painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, and glazing
• inspect HVAC, emergency generators, utility shutoffs, and fire alarm systems
• prepare written and oral reports
• use cleaning chemicals and supplies according to procedure
• follow infection-control practices and campus safety requirements
• drive company vehicles and use electrical equipment.
