What you'll do

• Deliver amenities to guest rooms
• greet guests and open doors when possible
• guide guests to check-in and offer a welcome punch
• escort guests and baggage to rooms and explain room controls
• familiarize guests with resort amenities
• check special requests before arrival
• maintain lobby areas
• communicate maintenance requests to the Front Desk
• keep the guest-service golf cart clean and in good repair
• provide accurate information about local events, restaurants, and attractions
• follow up on special groups or VIPs.
