Spindle Repair Technician — Day Shift

The Spindle Repair Technician role is onsite in Waukesha, WI, with hours of 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Compensation is $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience. The role supports a growing spindle rebuild operation serving its own customer base and outside customers.

What you'll do

• Manage spindle rebuilds from receiving through inspection, disassembly, solvent cleaning, fitting parts, assembly, final testing, and repackaging.
• Use precision metrology tools to inspect and measure components against tolerances and fitment requirements.
• Manage workload while maintaining quality and efficiency, support teammates on expedited or large jobs, complete job documentation, and provide day-to-day team guidance when the manager is unavailable.
